I made these cute note cards to use up some scraps. I love this polka dot paper and didn't want to waste any of it! I used Celebrations square card (cut at 4" with RDS on) for the card and Doodlecharms for the Popsicle (cut at 3") The Popsicle on the inside was cut at 1".Click on image to enlarge.
