I just found out that my uncle had a major heart attack a couple of nights ago. He is going to be ok but he lives so far away that I am not able to go and visit him so I made him this card. It is so hard to make a masculine get well soon card. I always turn to flowers for that type of card so I had to think a little outside my comfort zone. I thought that the snail was a cute idea and I ended up using flower paper that didn't luck to foo-fooy. I made the tag by combining 4 different stamps. I really love the way it came out but I do not like the way the pictures did. Oh well.
Here are the details...
Paper: Basic Grey-Urban Praire-Bluebird and Wildflower
Recollections Kraft Cardstock
S.U. Whisper White
Stamps: from Michaels (I can't remember the brand)
Inks: S.U. Baja Breeze, Soft Suede
Memento Tuxedo Black
Others: Fiskars Paper Edgers, Recollections eyelet and Pearl stickers, hemp string, 3D Dots
I followed the sketch at Get Sketchy challenge #71

I always turn to them for a great layout.
Thanks for visiting and happy crafting!
