I'm Back At Polka Doodles!

Well after a little break I am back creating for Polka Doodles.

For this challenge we want to see bright colors or a summer theme. For this card I used the Paper Boutiques III CD. I used S.U. Soft Suede and Old Olive ink for all the edges and 3D Dots to give it dimension.
