Handmade FLowers Challenge At Polka Doodles














It's time for another challenge at Polka Doodles. This time we want to see handmade flowers. For this card I used the new CD Pretty Sweet Girl for the adorable little girl and All Around And Everywhere for the background paper and the paper for the flowers. I used my Cricut to cut out the flowers and inked the edges to distress them a little. I sewed areound the edges with floss and added some butto ns and twine to the flowers. I really love the new CD Pretty Sweet Girl. The girls come both colored and black and white which is wonderful!

    Thank you very much for leaving me a heart warming comment on my blog. Your card is gorgeous as well. I got inspired as soon as I looked at your creation. I have not done any card stitching myself, what a great idea. Also it looks like I will be cutting some buttons off my husbands shirts and using them in card making, but do not tell him.
